SaxFest is growing in strength, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our volunteer team. We already have a fantastic Volunteer Co-ordinator overseeing the festival days, but we’re now looking for support in some key roles.

We’re Currently Looking For:

Admin & Bookings Support This role would help with:

· Communicating with performers and suppliers

· Managing booking confirmations

· Supporting scheduling and logistics

· General event administration

Perfect for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable with emails and basic admin tasks.

Event Day Volunteers – Adults only

· Set-up and pack-down support

· Information point helpers

· Stage runners

· Stewarding

· Merchandise stall support

No previous experience needed — just enthusiasm and reliability!
